1 8oz. package cream cheese (I use Neufchatel cheese)
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Beat together and serve with fruit. Apples taste best.

Posting a Recipe??
To post a recipe, make sure you are signed in using the Nibley 7 username and password (email Melanie if you don't have it or have forgotten it). Once signed in, click on "New Post" on the blue navigation bar at the top of the screen. A browser page will open where you can type in the name of your recipe in the "Title" box and then post your recipe in the "Content" box. When finished, click "Publish Post."
